Bettmeralp

• Office hours for transfer of your guest card and key code are from 15:00 to 18:00.
• On the day of your arrival your apartment is available from 16:00.
• Our office Amina is open from 15:00 to 18:00.
• Upon arrival after 18:00, please contact us to know the key code by phone.
• The next day you can pick up your guest card in our mailbox at our office.
• Always send us your mobile number so we can reach you during your vacation.
• On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment at 9.00.

Bellwald

• On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 16.00.
• To give you the key code and the guest card our reception is open from 16:00 to 18:00.
• If you arrive after 6 pm, please contact Tel.contact us to give you the key code.

• The guest card can be picked up the next day at our reception.
• On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment no later than 9.00.

Tariff

The price differences, which are dependent on the season, offer the opportunity to enjoy the off-season for low prices. Moreover, you have the opportunity in the off-season to rent a bigger chalet for a reduced price for 2 to 4 persons.

Payments

To finalize your booking a prepayment is required. The payment terms are included in every rental agreement. We recommend our guests to take out a cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy

Should the apartment be rented, only booking fees of CHF 100.00 will be charged.
For cancellations made 61 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the rent.

Occupation

We try to keep the occupation on this website up-to-date.

Will you kindly specify as good as possible everyting on the request form. Please mention the name of the chalet, the rent date, the number of persons, ages of the children, and the amount and kind of pets. You will receive immediately the offer for the chalet and period you asked for, if this corresponds with the occupancy.

Bedlines and Towels

The rental of the bedding is mandatory! Kitchen towels are available in the house.

You can also rent the bath towels (towels (48 x 95) and bath towels (95 x 130)). Please announce at the conclusion of the contract.

Bei Ankunft ist die Bettwäsche für die Anzahl Personen auf den Betten verteilt, auf Wunsch werden die Betten auch bezogen, Preis pro bezogenes Bett Fr. 15.–. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche wird zum Preis in Fiesch, Ernen, Fieschertal von Fr. 22.– pro Stück) berechnet. Auf der Fiescher en Bettmeralp sind die Bettwäsche Paketen (inkl. Badetücher, Geschirtücher, Badematten) Obligatorisch Fr.32.00 Pro Person.

For babies there are a few travel cots for rent. Matrasses and bedding must be brought by yourself. Rent per child bed fr 15.- per stay, cot at Bettmeralp Fr.35.00.
